The John Deere and Kramer companies announced the strategic union

The John Deere company declared investments into Kramer-Werke GmbH, having designated, thereby, the ambitions on creation of the long-term union. The companies have agreed about supplies of equipment under the Kramer trademark by means of dealer network John Deere.

This strategic cooperation will allow John Deere to offer the dealers a wide line of the agricultural equipment for material processing, being focused on decisions for hay – and forages, the hinged machinery and equipment for performance of contract works. The portfolio of the equipment will include wheel loaders (9 models), telescopic wheel loaders (4 models) and telescopic loaders (9 models) developed and made by Kramer in Pfullendorf, Germany. The Kramer-Werke GmbH company is included into Wacker Neuson SE concern.

According to terms of the contract the dealer network John Deere will become the priority partner for realization of the equipment Kramer. This union will allow the Kramer company to work with the leading dealer network John Deere in Europe, the CIS, North Africa and in the Middle East.
