JLG is a heavy construction equipments company which was stated by John L. Grove in late 1960s. The initiation of starting the company came from a cross country road trip by john and his wife in their RV. A very simple looking trip emerged as an initiation to start a company and today JLG is the leading manufacturer of special material handling vehicles and mobile aerial work platform. John was retired from his brothers company which was into building cranes. Through out his trip on RV he talked with many of his old business associates and took many ideas for starting up a business.
