Ingersoll Rand Launched Entrepreneur Creation Program

Ingersoll Rand is a world leader in sustaining and creating safe, efficient and comfortable environments and has launched an initiative innovative Entrepreneur Creation Program for supporting and encouraging entrepreneurial mindset.
This is a first program of its kind which has been created for developing skill sets and fostering culture of innovation needed for entrepreneurship amongst young management students. Ingersoll Rand India leaders will be mentoring and training the new entrepreneur partners or hires. It has hired six students from different Indian Institutes of Management Bangalore and Ahmedabad for creating their businesses. The Entrepreneur Creation Program has been created and designed by the Human Resources team of the company and their vision is to built entrepreneurship, create value and drive innovation for the society.
The entrepreneurship program of Ingersoll Rand has been conceptualized for supporting and encouraging ethical business creation practices. It is one of the another best practices by the company where they provide countless opportunities for rewarding and building successful careers for the value of the firm and selected individuals. Ingersoll Rand is a global diversified $13 billion industrial company which was found in the year 1871 and it was initially used to be the part of S&P 500 and was later replaced by Quanta Services in 2009.
