Cat Reveals the Anticipated Vocational Truck Called CT660

Caterpillar has launched the all-new anticipated vocational truck which is suitable for all vocations and looks different as compared to standard trucks in the market. Mr. Gary Blood, product manager of vocational trucks said that it comes with small carryover inside and tired wood grain paneling. The brushed aluminium trim gives the interior more rich and sophisticated look, while the tachometer and speedometer are in the single gauge for better utilizing dash space. The exterior of all-new CT660 is quite distinctive with stainless steel three-piece bumper which is very easy to maintain and repair. The honeycomb typed grille is framed with another three-piece stylish stainless steel grille, while the cabin is aluminium. The sloped hood, Fresnel lines and optional convex mirrors offers enhanced visibility forward.
Underneath the hood of all-new Caterpillar CT660 is an International MaxxForce yellow-painted engine which is good for generating 330hp to 550 horsepower and 1450 to 1850 pound feet of torque. The engine is mated with CX31 fully automatic transmission with one reverse and six forward gears. Caterpillar Company is also known as CAT which is involved in designing, manufacturing, marketing and selling engines and machinery and it is the largest producer of mining and construction equipments, industrial gas turbines and natural and gasoline engines in the world.
