Atlas Copco Launches the Most Energy-Efficient Oil-Free Compressor ZH 350+

Atlas Copco has launched the most fuel-efficient high-speed three-stage turbo top performing oil-free compressor called ZH350+ which is four percent more energy efficient as compared to other compressors. The ZH 350+ is one of the oil-free most energy-efficient compressors ever made by Atlas Copco Company. It is the first industrial three-stage medium pressure centrifugal compressor which is commercialized without a gearbox and with high-speed motors. The ZH 350+ is manufactured and designed for automotive, pharmaceutical, aviation, electronics and other industries
which rely on 100 percent oil-free high quality air. The distinctive and unique design of ZH 350+ of Atlas Copco is a result of intensive research and development and house innovation success story. The ZH 350+ is four percent energy efficient as compared to other high-performance and oil-free performing compressors. It comes with titanium impellers which not only permit quicker load or unload cycles but are also reliable.
The combined reduction in transmission losses, air losses and pressure drops result in a compressor which is four percent more energy efficient as compared to other top performing compressors of Atlas Copco. It will shipping to first customers in June 2011.
